What counts as a check?
One check = one analysis run against a defined submission package (PDF upload + project parameters). You can re-run with updated documentation without it counting as a new check. We define this precisely because we know professionals will ask.
Pioneer cohort: 10 places only
Pioneer Year
Foundry Compliance is in early access. We are looking for ten UK architects or building professionals who will use the tool on live projects and give us honest feedback.
The first 10 practitioners to apply start with 15 days and 15 compliance assessments, free. No commitment, no card required.
At Day 15, share your feedback — and unlock another 15 days and 15 checks. At Day 30, share your feedback again to unlock the Pioneer Year.
Pioneer Year: £79/month, billed monthly, for months 1–12. This reflects the fact that early customers are shaping the product with their feedback. From month 13, your rate moves to the standard £139/month subscription.

What counts as a check?

Will pricing change after launch?
We will give 60 days' notice of any pricing changes for existing customers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 15 days and 15 compliance assessments, free. No card required to start.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of first subscription if the product does not do what we said it does. We are confident it will.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and your data can be exported in full. We do not make cancellation difficult. If the product isn't working for you, we'd rather you leave cleanly and tell us why.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your full check history at any time from the account settings page. After 30 days from cancellation, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
